Refund & Return/Exchange Policy

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase or simply change your mind, we are able to offer store credit. We do not offer refunds, however if an item arrives faulty or damaged, we will either replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund to the original payment method. If an item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.

If you need to return your purchase, please follow these guidelines:

  • The item(s) must be in new and unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging included. Our authenticity tag must also still be attached.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase to initiate the return process.
  • Please email us at sales@soleproviderau.com with your order number and the reason for your return or simply visit us in store.
  • An invoice for return postage will be sent, once paid, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning your order.
  • Once we receive the item(s) and verify that they are in new and unworn condition, we will issue you store credit.

PLEASE NOTE, SPECIAL ORDERS ARE EXEMPT FROM RETURNS.

SIZE EXCHANGES

We understand that finding the perfect fit can be difficult, especially when it comes to sneakers & apparel. That's why we offer size exchanges on all our items.

If your desired size is out of stock, you will be able to exchange it for another product in our store. If you are unable to find another item that you’d like we can offer you store credit.

If you need to exchange your item(s) for a different size, please follow these guidelines:

  • The item(s) must be in new and unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging included. Our authenticity tag must also still be attached.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase to initiate the exchange process.
  • Please email us at sales@soleproviderau.com with your order number and the size you wish to exchange for or simply visit us in store.
  • An invoice for return postage will be sent, once paid, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning your order.
  • Once we receive the item(s) and verify that they are in new and unworn condition, we will send you the requested size (if available) free of charge.

PLEASE NOTE, SPECIAL ORDERS ARE EXEMPT FROM SIZE EXCHANGES.

Please note that all returns/exchanges are subject to inspection. SoleProvider reserves the right to refuse a return/exchange if the item does not meet the return policy criteria or shows signs of misuse, wear and tear, or damage.
