We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order or simply change your mind, we accept returns and exchanges for your convenience.

RETURNS

SPECIAL ORDERS & SALE ITEMS ARE EXEMPT FROM RETURNS

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the arrival date.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at sales@soleproviderau.com
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns will be issued store credit, not refunds.
  • Return postage costs will be at the buyers expenses.

EXCHANGES

SPECIAL ORDERS & SALE ITEMS ARE EXEMPT FROM EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the arrival date.
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team via email at sales@soleproviderau.com
  • If the desired exchange item is available, we will arrange for the exchange to be processed.
  • If the desired exchange item is not available, store credit will be issued for the returned item.
  • Return postage costs will be at the buyers expenses.

DAMAGED & FAULTY ITEMS

  • If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately via email at sales@soleproviderau.com
  • On the off chance an item arrives faulty or damaged, we will either replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Return postage costs will be at our expense.

DAMAGED BOXES

We strive to ensure that your items reach you in perfect condition; however, please note that some items may have minimal damage to the box due to transit from our international suppliers. In cases where the box is severely damaged, we will notify you prior to shipping out the item and come to a resolution with you. If you have any concerns about the condition of your package, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet the criteria above.
